you contact us we will need to know:
» Your name & phone number
» Delivery address including country and postal
code
» How you want to pay - (See below)
» Any special shipping instructions - (See below)
» Set-up instructions - Have it your way!
» Other special instructions -
(accessories, extra string or arrows, deadline for delivery, custom
grip, etc.)
Then we can let you know:
» The exact cost (cost of shipping & extra
stuff can change your cost).
» The expected time of delivery to you
» Answers to any other questions

Payment Policies
We accept Cash, Money Order, *MasterCard / Visa or Personal Check (if
you don't mind waiting for shipping until it clears). We do not accept
American Express or Discover Card for
internet based orders.
*For charges ONLY : Phone your order and charge
info to 781-447-4520 or fax to 781-447-0523. We do not have a secure server to take credit
card info over the internet.
We find that most people want to ask questions
and talk shop before buying anyway.
And we like the personal contact,
too.
All charges are processed through our parent company, Guitar
Doctor/Traditional Archery Supply.
» USED GOODS: exact descriptions of pre-owned
merchandise will let you feel confident of what you're buying. USED
ITEMS - claimed defective item must be reported to us by telephone
(781-447-4520) or Email within 10 days of our shipping and received back
to us within 7 days from the initial complaint and must be found to be
defective as described in the initial complaint upon our return receipt.
100% refund applies to above conditions minus 20% restocking fee. (sorry
for sounding so legal)

Shipping Policies
All orders shipped via United States Postal Service Priority Mail
(Insured) unless specifically requested otherwise. All orders shipped
next day (if from stock) or immediately upon availability (if special
order or for repair/custom work). We cannot be responsible for damage
during shipping, but will insure w/ carrier. Personal check orders
shipped upon clearing of check.

archery shipping costs calculated by size, weight, destination and insurance value.
» We
can inform you of your
expected S&H cost upon ordering.

Walk-in
Store Hours in Whitman, Massachusetts
Walk-in store hours are from Tuesday through Friday from 10:00 a.m.
until 6:00 p.m
and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday (Eastern time). We are closed on Sunday and
